Mark your calendars for the 1st Kickin' For Defenses Kickball Tournament being held on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 and benefitting The Boot Campaign. The tournament will be a 8 Team Round Robin style and will be held in beautiful White Settlement, TX at the Veterans Park Softball Complex. The entry fee will be $300 per team of 11-15 and will include event T-shirts, lunch, drinks and tickets to the benefit concert following the tournament. Don't have a team but still wanna contribute? Sign up as an individual ($30) and we'll put you on a team with other supporters!

WHY:
The Boot Campaign's Military Recovery Fund provides urgent financial assistance to help with housing costs, medical bills, living expenses and groceries, just to name a few. Their partnerships with other like-minded nonprofits offer expanded support for counseling services, wellness retreats, mortgage-free home and adaptive renovation grants and much more. They strive to bridge the gap between government programs designed to care for military needs and the often challenging reality that is life during and post-service.

Wanna help as an event volunteer? The success of this event relies heavily on our volunteers and we cannot thank you enough for your interest in lending a hand!
Please sign up for areas you feel you'd enjoy fulfilling. Be prepared to be moved to another duty as needed. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated. These duties are our needs as we know them at present time, but come game time we may need to make some adjustments.
