Inaugural Kickin' For Defenses Tournament Raises $3000 and Priceless Awareness by Nick Verzosa

After a couple years of planning and dreaming, the inaugural Kickin' For Defenses Kickball Tournament and Concert benefitting the Boot Campaign was completed on March 5th, 2016 at Veterans Park in White Settlement, TX.

The tournament raised $3000 and awareness to over 100 participants, volunteers, spectators and sponsors!

A huge debt of gratitude extends to all of the good-hearted, fun-loving, out of shape, patriots that made up the 7 kickball teams.  Your generosity and patriotism was on full display the entire day!

Congratulations to our first year winners:  Team We'll Spot You 10

They were a fantastic team, went 6-0, and were great sports in doing so!

Everyone is excited to compete again next year for the BRONZE BOOT!

See everyone next year, start looking for news around Fall 2016!
